The Washington County Sheriff’s Office said Saturday that the silver Mercedes SUV that Argote was believed to be driving was found in a wooded area in Williamsport, about eight miles (13 kilometers) southwest of Hagerstown, where the judge was shot. B | 此番事件中，买家仅针对黄油啤酒的口感作出客观评价，无恶意抹黑、造谣诋毁之意，是合理行使消费评价权。而涉事商家非但不反思产品品质问题，反而在评论区曝光买家地址、姓氏，搭配污秽言语进行人身攻击，甚至通过手机号拨打骚扰电话。这种行为已不仅仅是“售后争议”，而构成多重违法。 消费者的收货地址、联系方式、姓名等信息均属于受法律保护的个人隐私信息，商家未经允许擅自公开、肆意泄露，违反个人信息保护法相关规定，涉嫌侵犯公民个人信息权。而依托隐私信息对消费者进行言语辱骂、电话骚扰、舆论施压，更涉嫌寻衅滋事、人格侵权。

E | 长期以来，部分商家深陷“差评焦虑”，不去精进产品、优化服务，而是想方设法压制负面评价。私下私信骚扰、诱导删评、有偿改评已成常态，而此次商家恶意“开盒”报复，则将行业潜规则升级为明目张胆的恶意侵权，突破了商业经营的底线，也击穿了社会公序良俗。 乱象的滋生，根源在于部分商家法律意识缺失，也凸显出电商平台监管缺位、惩戒力度不足。平台手握店铺管理、纠纷处置的核心权限，本应筑牢隐私保护防线，严打差评报复行为。但当下平台对此类行为处置滞后、惩戒偏轻，多以整改下架了事，低廉的违规成本，让商家敢于肆意侵权、挑战规则。 市场监管部门的介入，是整治乱象、维权纠错的关键举措，但调解不能止于简单道歉整改，必须从严追责、以儆效尤。同时要压实平台主体责任，完善差评保护机制，搭建违规行为快速处置通道，从源头上杜绝“开盒报复”。
